Russell Hand is passionate about carriages, horses and driving. A relatively late convert who took up riding and driving after his wife Pat bought their daughter a riding pony, Russell is now one of the foremost collectors of carriages in the world and has amassed a fantastic collection of gems. He also embarked on a breeding programme so he could drive his own homebred horses. Russell and Pat are a fantastic couple who generously extend their collection, goodwill and time to many people including apprentices and overseas friends.
